The low-rise complex rises seven storeys above five basement levels across three buildings, holding 111 residences designed by Haeahn Architecture with interiors by Jong Kim Design Studio and landscape by Seo-An Landscape with loci design studio, and is being built by POSCO E&C. Parnas Hotel, the group behind Seoul's Grand InterContinental, runs hotel-grade services including a 24-hour concierge and dedicated butlers, while a partnership with CHA healthcare brings medical and wellness programs on site.
