Official WebsiteThe Berkeley Palm Beach is a 25-story residential tower rising at 550 South Australian Avenue in downtown West Palm Beach's Clear Lake District, set just west of the Intracoastal and the CityPlace open-air complex. The building will introduce 193 luxury residences — including four penthouses — ranging from two to five bedrooms across roughly 2,500 to 4,800 square feet, with 9- to 11-foot ceilings, east- and west-facing flow-through layouts capturing sunrise and sunset exposures, oversized private terraces, Italian-crafted Snaidero kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, and integrated smart-home systems. Amenities are distributed across multiple levels: a 7th-floor family deck with pool, spa, fitness center, teen lounge, and children's play area, and a rooftop retreat with adult pool and jacuzzi, private dining, cigar lounge, nightclub, and panoramic views toward Palm Beach Island. Additional building features include wellness studios, a golf simulator, co-working spaces, indoor lounges, a gourmet resident market, full-time concierge and valet, UPLIN Health's in-home health services, and a building-wide emergency standby generator. Architecture is by Arquitectonica with interiors by founding principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia. The project is developed by Australian Property Group — led by Al Adelson, the developer behind The Bristol, the 2019 building widely credited with establishing West Palm Beach's modern luxury high-rise market — in partnership with Sympatico Real Estate, with exclusive sales by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Pricing runs from approximately $2 million to $10 million, with an average price of about $3.5 million, and the project has surpassed $100 million in pre-construction sales. Groundbreaking is anticipated for June 2026, with delivery targeted for 2028.
