The Nashville EDITION

The Nashville EDITION Hotel and Residences is a 28-story mixed-use tower at 1110 Porter Street in The Gulch, the walkable former railyard district that has become downtown Nashville's densest luxury submarket. It brings Ian Schrager and Marriott International's EDITION brand to Tennessee for the first time, combining a 261-room hotel with 84 private condominium residences that occupy the top 15 floors, including two half-floor penthouses on the summit. Tidal Real Estate Partners is developing the roughly $400 million project alongside Left Lane Development in collaboration with Marriott International, with a sleek glass facade by the Nashville architecture firm ESa and interiors by New York-based INC Architecture & Design. Residences run one to four bedrooms priced from about $1.65 million, and owners receive EDITION hotel service alongside the full hotel amenity package: a double-height signature restaurant and bar, a lobby lounge, a spa, event spaces, and a 50-foot heated saltwater pool on a wraparound deck with cabanas and bar and restaurant service. A resident-only amenity floor adds a private gym, sports simulator, screening room, lounge with wet bar, a private dining room with catering kitchen and adjoining terrace, and outdoor dining and grill stations, all supported by valet parking. It is one of the largest branded-residential bets in Nashville and a marker of The Gulch's shift from warehouse district to luxury address.
