The North District holds the new main building of the Imperial Hotel alongside a hospitality-oriented tower with serviced flats and rental housing; the Central Tower stacks offices, a hotel, banquet and multipurpose halls and cross-industry co-creation hubs; and the South Tower adds offices, a hotel and wellness facilities.
