About the project

Tokyo Cross Park Vision rises as four towers from a 31-meter elevated podium threaded with green public space and linked to Hibiya Park by an open-air park bridge. The North District holds the new main building of the Imperial Hotel alongside a hospitality-oriented tower with serviced flats and rental housing; the Central Tower stacks offices, a hotel, banquet and multipurpose halls and cross-industry co-creation hubs; and the South Tower adds offices, a hotel and wellness facilities. The scheme frames a two-hectare plaza as a new civic heart for the district, blending luxury hospitality with generous indoor and outdoor public realm across one of central Tokyo's most prestigious addresses.
