Wedgewood Village

Wedgewood Village is an 18-acre, multi-phase mixed-use district developed by AJ Capital Partners in Nashville's Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, immediately south of downtown. Spanning more than 1.6 million square feet of residential, retail, restaurant, office and entertainment space, the development converts a former industrial pocket of warehouses and the old May Hosiery mill into a walkable campus organized around Houston Street, Martin Street and Chestnut Street, with master planning and architecture by Hastings Architecture. The retail roster runs from Hermes and Brunello Cucinelli to ZIMMERMANN, STAUD, Malbon and Eberjey alongside independent Nashville shops including Bell Bird Books, Bower and Culture Club, while the dining lineup pairs Pastis with Boka Restaurant Group's Momotaro and Alla Vita. The anchor of the entertainment phase is The Truth, a 4,400-seat Live Nation music venue housed in a 109,000-square-foot four-story building on Chestnut Street that is projected to generate roughly $74 million in annual economic impact for Nashville and support about 430 jobs.
