The first Australian venue for Chotto Matte, the Nikkei brand Kurt Zdesar founded in Soho in 2013 after nearly a decade with Nobu. A 250-seat room with a robata grill, sushi counter and late DJ sets, designed by the brand's long-time collaborator Andy Martin.
