A 100-seat rooftop izakaya on The EVE Hotel from the team behind The Apollo, Cho Cho San and Olympus, with Sushi E head chef Fredy Lim cooking sushi, yakitori, tempura and claypot rice. It takes over the former Lottie rooftop and is the group's first of two new Redfern venues.
