A 22-seat French dining room on the 44th floor of Keio Plaza Hotel, the hotel's first main dining restaurant since Ambrosia closed in 2012. Chef Kohei Konishi, raised in a Toyama kaiseki family, cooks two tasting courses paired with wine, sake and Japanese tea.
