Corinthia is coming to Grace Bay. The Maltese hotel group has just unveiled plans for a 50-suite ultra-luxury hotel and a collection of fully serviced branded residences, spanning beachfront villas, casitas and condominiums, on the last remaining undeveloped beachfront parcel along this prime stretch of Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos. It is the first North American project for Corinthia Real Estate Ventures, the group's development arm, and construction is expected to begin in 2027.
Corinthia Group announced the deal on September 23 from Floriana, Malta, in partnership with Carolina Partners Ltd. Corinthia Real Estate Ventures, known as C-REV, is leading the development under Managing Partners Marcus Pisani and Alex Chazkel. Once complete, the resort will be managed by Corinthia Hotels, so the brand's own operator will run the hotel and service the homes around it.
The residences will come fully serviced and will run from beachfront villas to casitas and condominiums, with amenities including a spa and wellness center, multiple swimming pools, a beach club, signature restaurants, retail and padel courts, and curated lifestyle experiences.

For Corinthia, Grace Bay is the opening move in a larger North American push. Chazkel called it "the first in a series of high-profile projects that C-REV is bringing forward in North America," and pointed to a portfolio with recently opened or announced projects in Malta, Italy, the Maldives, North America and the Middle East. The company frames its growth as a mix of third-party management, acquisitions, partnerships and development, and this one lands squarely in the last category.
On Providenciales, the project joins a stretch of coast already thick with luxury flags. Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, the first Andaz in the Caribbean, is open, and Kempinski Grace Bay, AMARIS Grace Bay, InterContinental Turks & Caicos and The Point at Point Grace are all on record on the island.
The plans are now heading toward formal planning approval, and construction is expected to begin in 2027. No opening date has been set.
