Residences range from studios overlooking the ocean or golf course to one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, with expansive five-bedroom suites and six-bedroom oceanfront villas. Amenities include two signature restaurants, a European-style spa and ocean-view fitness center, a 3,000-square-foot wine cellar, boutique retail, padel and pickleball courts, and a dedicated children's club. Construction began with November 2025 groundbreaking; completion anticipated early 2028.
