About the project

Kempinski Grace Bay marks Europe's oldest luxury hotel group's debut in the Turks and Caicos Islands — a low-density 11-acre beachfront resort and residential project on Grace Bay. Developed by JTRE (the global real estate firm behind numerous European projects), the property features 119 private residences and 4 oceanfront villas arranged around lush courtyards. Residences range from studios overlooking the ocean or golf course to one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, with expansive five-bedroom suites and six-bedroom oceanfront villas. Amenities include two signature restaurants, a European-style spa and ocean-view fitness center, a 3,000-square-foot wine cellar, boutique retail, padel and pickleball courts, and a dedicated children's club. Construction began with November 2025 groundbreaking; completion anticipated early 2028.
