Spanning about five and a half acres, it pairs a 59-key Andaz hotel, the brand's first in the Caribbean, with 73 ocean-view residences. Amenities include multiple restaurants and bars, a rooftop venue, a full-service spa with cold plunge, tennis and pickleball courts, and a kids' club.
