Grace Bay's next wave of resorts

Turks and Caicos welcomed about 2 million visitors in 2025, including 640,754 stayover guests, and stayovers rose another 6% in the first half of 2026. Twelve resort projects underway or planned will add more than 950 units on Providenciales by the end of 2027: Hotel Indigo and the Treasure Beach Village expansion at Beaches opened in 2026, and Andaz, St. Regis and Kimpton are next.

Airlift keeps growing. United starts the first nonstop from Denver in December 2026, and BermudAir is flying in from six US airports this winter. S&P upgraded the islands to A- in 2025, and buyers pay no capital gains tax or property tax, in US dollars.
