Developed by SEFAMM (TCI) Ltd. and joining Hilton's LXR Hotels and Resorts and Branded Residential portfolios, it pairs 170 guest rooms and suites with one to four bedroom residences framed around the turquoise bay. Design leans on tactile natural materials such as woven fabrics and polished wood, with a spa, an Aegean meets Caribbean beachfront restaurant, and a Japanese omakase grill among the amenities.
