Designed by Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen for Legion Investment Group and AVRS Partners, the tower honors the neighborhood's industrial heritage with a facade of hand-laid Italian brick and limestone, wrapped around floor-to-ceiling windows, deep loggias, and setbacks crowned by private terraces. The building holds a boutique collection of residences ranging from one to four-plus bedrooms, the majority with private outdoor space and water-facing outlooks over the Hudson River, with the remainder framing views across the historic gallery district toward the Midtown skyline. Positioned at the center of the Chelsea art district, the tower sits within walking distance of the High Line, Chelsea Piers, Chelsea Market, the Meatpacking District, and Hudson Yards.
