The Myles is a 13-story, 22-residence boutique condominium at 142 West 21st Street in Chelsea, Manhattan, developed by Grid Group and designed by BKSK Architects at the edge of the Ladies' Mile Historic District. The 61,256-square-foot building answers its cast-iron and masonry neighbors with a crafted brick and metal facade, and holds two- to four-bedroom homes averaging roughly 2,750 square feet — each with a home office, laundry room and butler's pantry, and all but two with a private balcony or terrace deck. Residents share a landscaped rooftop terrace with grills and seating, putting full-floor-scale Chelsea and Flatiron living within a short walk of Union Square, the Flatiron District and the High Line.
