Hudson Yards West

Hudson Yards West is the second phase of Manhattan's Hudson Yards, a roughly $2 billion mixed-use megaproject rising on a platform over the Western Rail Yards along the High Line on the Far West Side. Developed by Related Companies and Oxford Properties with master design led by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the plan calls for around 4,000 homes — a large share of them affordable — across multiple towers, plus 2.4 million square feet of office space, a hotel, a public school and a 6.6-acre park. As the western completion of the largest private real-estate development in U.S. history, it is conceived to extend Hudson Yards' skyline of glass towers and elevated public space toward the Hudson River.
