Part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, the all-suite hotel offers 175 spacious suites with kitchenettes as South Denver's first extended-stay lifestyle hotel. Alongside it, Apiary Residences provides one- to three-bedroom homes — including thirteen penthouses — with a separate entrance and amenities such as co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a residential lounge and spa-caliber wellness areas. Community-facing spaces include two dining concepts, Keepers Cocktail Lounge and June Gap Market & Café, plus the 900-square-foot Nectar Room meeting space, with light-rail access to downtown. The project was developed by Stonebridge and Copford Capital Management with The Beck Group as architect and general contractor.
