Upton Residences is a two-tower luxury condominium development in the Upper Downtown district of Denver, Colorado, at 18th Street and Glenarm Place. Developed by Amacon with architecture by Davis Partnership Architects, it pairs a 38-story South Tower and a 32-story North Tower linked by an eight-story podium, delivering 461 for-sale residences, the largest condominium development in Denver in over a decade. Homes range from compact studios and one-bedrooms to expansive upper-floor penthouses, each with floor-to-ceiling glass and a private balcony, above roughly 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residents share nearly 18,000 square feet of amenities including a pool, hot tub, outdoor dining terrace, fitness center, co-working space, a guest suite and a chef's kitchen event space.
