Ball Arena Renovation

Ball Arena opened as the Pepsi Center and is home to the NBA's Denver Nuggets, the NHL's Colorado Avalanche and the NLL's Colorado Mammoth. Owner Kroenke Sports & Entertainment has announced a phased renovation estimated at $135 million that expands the East Atrium toward downtown Denver behind an expansive glass facade with new escalators and a team shop, widens entries, exits and concourses, upgrades point-of-sale technology, and adds three new premium clubs, including one with direct access to reserved 100-level seating. The work follows a separate renovation of the arena's Legacy and Signature suites and is phased to keep the venue operating throughout construction. The arena anchors KSE's planned redevelopment of its surrounding 55-acre property into a district expected to include a hotel, a mid-size entertainment venue, a central park, shopping, dining, and residential and office towers.
