Its crisp glass rectangular mass is dramatically fractured by a four-story vertical "canyon" — a carved void of landscaped terraces, cascading water, hanging gardens, and winding trails drawn from the geology of Colorado's slot canyons — that threads nature straight through the building. The vertical landscape culminates in a rooftop pool, spa, and garden framing Rocky Mountain and downtown skyline views, with ground-floor retail activating the street. Studio-to-penthouse residences pair floor-to-ceiling glass with resort-caliber amenities.
