Official WebsiteThe Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Charleston will be South Carolina's first Four Seasons property, rising on a 1.9-acre former Days Inn site at 155 Meeting Street in Charleston's Historic District, near Horlbeck Alley and the City Market. Developed by Tampa-based Strategic Property Partners, the project comprises three buildings reaching as high as eight stories, designed by Morris Adjmi Architects (who also lead the residences' interiors), with hotel interiors by Lark Design Studios and landscape architecture by Hollander Design. The 139-room hotel will offer four restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool with private cabanas, a full-service spa, a fitness center, curated retail and 7,000 square feet of event space. Alongside it, 36 branded residences range from two to five bedrooms (roughly 2,000–3,700 square feet), priced from $5 million, with Four Seasons services including in-residence dining and concierge. Completion is targeted for 2028.
