Limelight Charleston

Limelight Charleston marks Aspen One's first East Coast Limelight Hotel, set to debut in 2028 in Charleston's Historic District. The project pairs a boutique hotel with private branded residences and immersive social spaces — including a rooftop pool, restaurant, and the signature Limelight "living room" designed as a gathering space for guests and locals. Developed in partnership with Category Company. The expansion builds on Limelight's growth from three open properties in early 2023 to seven open or in-development locations, including recent launches in Snowmass, Denver, and Ketchum and upcoming openings in Boulder and Mammoth.
