Developed by Aspen One in partnership with Category Company with design by Bittoni Architects, the project pairs a 50-room boutique hotel with 16 private branded residences above a restaurant, bar, meeting space and a parking garage. A rooftop pool and dining terrace look across the steeples and rooftops of the peninsula, while the signature Limelight living room, the brand's lively lobby lounge, is designed as a gathering place for both guests and locals. The approachable, social Limelight model, proven in Aspen, Snowmass, Ketchum, Denver and Boulder, arrives in Charleston scaled to the low-rise historic fabric of the neighborhood and cleared by the city's Board of Architectural Review.
