7913 West Drive is a bayfront luxury condominium planned by El-Ad National Properties on Harbor Island in North Bay Village, the cluster of small islands set in Biscayne Bay between Miami and Miami Beach. Designed by West Palm Beach practice GarciaStromberg, the tower rises 26 stories to roughly 299 feet above a six-level parking podium holding about 201 spaces and a dedicated amenity deck. Its 94 residences are deliberately scaled for full-time family living rather than pied-a-terre buyers, starting near 1,158 square feet and running through a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts, with the largest formats making up a majority of the building. A height increase approved by the village added floors specifically to enlarge units and expand amenity space rather than to add density. The site's position on the bay gives residences open water outlooks toward both the Miami skyline and the Miami Beach shoreline, in a village that has become one of the most actively redeveloped pockets of Miami-Dade.
