7931 East Drive

El-Ad Properties, the Boca Raton-based arm of New York's Elad Group, has filed plans for a two-tower condominium across five parcels at 7922 East Drive and 7925-7931 East Drive on Harbor Island in North Bay Village. The taller tower would rise 46 stories and 518 feet (about 540 feet with mechanical levels) and the second 39 stories and 465 feet, together holding 165 one- to four-bedroom residences starting around 1,240 square feet, along with a 5,295-square-foot waterfront restaurant, 427 parking spaces, a private drop-off, pool and indoor amenity spaces, and a clubhouse across the street with a fitness center, spa and outdoor terrace. A public baywalk and a landscaped park of more than 10,000 square feet with a yoga lawn and mini amphitheater front the water. ODP Architecture and Garcia Stromberg are the architects. The project needs a Special Area Plan approval for its height and density from the village and Miami-Dade County, and would be built in three phases: the taller tower first, then the second tower, then the clubhouse. El-Ad assembled the site in 2026, paying $19 million for three vacant lots at 7922, 7923 and 7925 East Drive in January, and separately holds the approved Marina View site at 7913 West Drive.
