One Domino Square rises on the southern edge of the historic Domino Sugar refinery site along the Williamsburg waterfront, a 39-story condominium tower designed by Selldorf Architects for Two Trees Management. Its sculptural form is wrapped in an iridescent porcelain façade that shifts with the changing light over the East River, lending the building an ever-changing presence on the Brooklyn skyline. Inside, 160 one- to three-bedroom residences pair white-oak floors and custom kitchens with floor-to-ceiling windows framing Manhattan and harbor views. Residents share roughly 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a waterfront pool, fitness and wellness suites, residential lounges, and landscaped terraces, all steps from the six-acre Domino Park and the neighborhood's dining and culture.
