One Domino Square is a porcelain-clad residential development on the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn, rising at the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge on the historic Domino Sugar Refinery site. Developed by Two Trees Management as the final residential phase of its Domino master plan and designed by Selldorf Architects — Annabelle Selldorf's first residential skyscraper — it pairs a 39-story condominium tower of 160 homes with a companion 55-story rental tower, the tallest building in Williamsburg. The shimmering iridescent porcelain-tile facade shifts in appearance with the light. Residents enjoy luxury amenities and sweeping East River and Manhattan skyline views, set beside the landscaped Domino Square public plaza.
