Williamsburg Wharf is a master-planned waterfront community on a 3.75-acre stretch of Kent Avenue along the East River in Williamsburg, developed by Naftali Group. Conceived as a resort-style enclave, the project assembles five high-rise towers holding more than 800 condominium and rental residences around landscaped gardens, a porte cochère arrival court, and an extensive amenity program. A publicly accessible waterfront esplanade threads the site, opening Brooklyn's edge to the river with promenades, green space, and skyline panoramas across to Manhattan. Ground-floor retail and dining animate the street level, knitting the development into one of the borough's most dynamic neighborhoods.
