The Huron

The Huron is a two-tower condominium on Greenpoint's East River waterfront, designed by Morris Adjmi Architects for Quadrum Global. Drawing on the neighborhood's manufacturing and shipbuilding heritage, the 13-story buildings wear a restrained façade of brick podiums, gridded windows, and bronze-toned metal trim rather than an all-glass curtain wall. The 171 residences range from studios to four-bedrooms, with eight exposures engineered to capture sweeping Manhattan skyline and river views. More than 30,000 square feet of amenities anchor the project, headlined by an indoor saltwater pool overlooking the skyline, alongside fitness and wellness spaces, residential lounges, and landscaped outdoor terraces a short walk from the Greenpoint ferry.
