Pendry Nashville is a 30-story luxury hotel and branded-residence tower at 701 7th Avenue South in Paseo South Gulch, the micro-neighborhood taking shape at the southern edge of Nashville's Gulch. Developed by SomeraRoad with Trestle Studio in partnership with Montage International's Pendry Hotels and Resorts, the tower is the brand's first property in Tennessee and pairs 180 guestrooms and suites with 146 Pendry Residences ranging from one to four bedrooms. Nashville-based ESa (Earl Swensson Associates) is the architect, with interiors by New York's Post Company and construction by Clark Construction, backed by a $253 million construction loan from Bank OZK and InterVest Capital Partners. The design leans into Pendry's contemporary, art-forward hospitality language, layering a signature restaurant and bar program, a spa and fitness club, a resort-style pool deck and dedicated residential amenities over a walkable retail base. Owners receive hotel-serviced living with access to the full Pendry platform, in a district that has become the focus of Nashville's luxury development cycle and sits within walking distance of Broadway, the Gulch's restaurants and the Nashville waterfront.
