Designed by Foster + Partners, it rises as three terracotta-toned towers: a 47-storey office tower and two residential towers of 45 and 25 storeys, delivering around 433 homes with a significant affordable share. At its heart sits The Round itself, a circular colonnaded cultural hub and public plaza hosting year-round programming, alongside a 300-seat auditorium, affordable workspace, a community cafe run as a social enterprise, children's play areas, and new cafes, restaurants and shops that open the site to the neighbourhood.
