TOFROM YAESU

TOFROM YAESU is a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment by Tokyo Tatemono directly outside the Yaesu Central Exit of Tokyo Station, delivered as the Type-1 Urban Redevelopment Project for the Yaesu 1-chome East Area. The block pairs two buildings: TOFROM YAESU TOWER, a 51-storey, roughly 250-metre landmark with four basement levels and about 225,000 square metres of floor area, and TOFROM YAESU THE FRONT, a 10-storey companion building of roughly 12,000 square metres. Between them the development stacks offices, residences and medical facilities above a theatre and conference halls positioned as a new MICE anchor for the district, plus a bus terminal and a dining and shopping precinct of around 70 venues. Designated a national strategic zone district, it sits about a minute's walk from JR Tokyo Station and three minutes from Nihonbashi Station, using direct underground connections to fold the complex into the station's pedestrian network and reshape the Yaesu frontage that faces Japan's busiest rail gateway.
