The Plaza Athénée's gastronomic dining room has been renamed and relaunched under executive chef Jocelyn Herland, a Ducasse-trained cook who has worked at the hotel since 1997. It replaces the table that carried Jean Imbert's name, after the palace removed him from the kitchen in April 2026.
