The first Paris outpost of Nicole Rubi's Nice institution, owned by Lapérouse Holding and run day to day by David Barokas's DB Group, with interiors by Richard Sanders of First Within. It brings the house Niçoise classics, from pissaladière to whole roast chicken with foie gras, to the Golden Triangle.
