Binghatti has officially unveiled Vision Iconic, the largest tower in its $8 billion+ Mercedes-Benz city. Launched October 6 at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, the tower will rise roughly 1,119 feet, across 78 floors at the center of the Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City masterplan in Meydan, with 1,426 residences stacked beneath an Infinity Horizon Pool at its summit. The company puts that pool at 177,328 square feet, a footprint larger than an Olympic pool. Eleven more towers will step down from it across the district.

The tower will sit on a plot of approximately 239,844 square feet in Nad Al Sheba First, with homes running from one to five bedrooms plus a tier of royal suites, and 27 retail outlets at its base. Residences will look out toward the Burj Khalifa, Meydan Racecourse, and Dubai Creek Harbour. The summit pool leads a roster of more than 30 amenities, and below it the plans call for private pool cabanas, a jacuzzi sun deck, a swim-up bar, wellness and thermal facilities, mini golf, a CrossFit zone, a table tennis hub, art installations, and EV charging. Renderings show a stepped, curving form that gathers itself into the main shaft, and interiors that reference Mercedes-Benz motifs in a black and silver palette worked in leather and wood.

Around it, Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City will spread 12 residential skyscrapers across a site of more than 10 million square feet in Nad Al Sheba beside Meydan, with nearly 9 million square feet of built area between them. The 11 companion towers take their names from Mercedes-Benz concept vehicles, among them Vision One-Eleven, Vision Mercedes Simplex, Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, and Vision AVTR. Together the 12 will hold about 13,386 homes: 6,321 studios, 4,963 one-bedrooms, 1,653 two-bedrooms, 431 three-bedrooms, and 18 four- and five-bedroom residences. Binghatti is self-financing the entire Dh30 billion through equity and free cash flow.

The Grand Promenade, a central park with water features, shaded groves, art pavilions, and elevated paths, will run through the middle of the district. The towers around it will share family pools, infinity pools, splash zones, gyms, and sky jogging tracks. Twelve specialized sports clubs will cover padel, squash, climbing, archery, Pilates, spin, and golf simulators, with a ballroom, an event hall, a private screening lounge, an e-sports lounge, and concierge service alongside integrated EV infrastructure. "Our collaboration with Mercedes-Benz continues to evolve beyond individual buildings into a fully integrated masterplan community," said Chairman Muhammad Binghatti.

At Coca-Cola Arena, Binghatti also announced that Karim Benzema had acquired several residential units in Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, including a residence at Vision Iconic, in a signing between Benzema and Chief Sales Officer Abdullah Binghatti with the chairman present. "This acquisition reflects Binghatti's ability to attract globally recognised names of the calibre of Karim Benzema," Abdullah Binghatti said. Vision Iconic is the second Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz collaboration. The first, Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai, is the 65-story, 150-residence tower launched in 2024 in Downtown Dubai and is opening soon. It arrives alongside the developer's other branded towers rising in Business Bay, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences.

The new site sits at the junction of Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, next to Meydan Racecourse and about eight minutes from Downtown Dubai. In Miami, JDS Development Group's 67-story Mercedes-Benz Places is rising now at Southside Park in Brickell, the automaker's first North American branded real estate development.
