Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti is the world's first Mercedes-Benz-branded residential tower, a 341-meter hyper-tower rising in Downtown Dubai near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Developed by Binghatti Developers in collaboration with the Mercedes-Benz design team, the 65-floor landmark holds 150 residences — from suites to duplex and triplex penthouses — each defined by dramatic 4.2-meter floor-to-ceiling heights and interiors channeling Mercedes-Benz's 'Sensual Purity' design language. A rear facade wrapped in roughly 75,000 square feet of photovoltaic panels powers on-site electric-vehicle charging, positioning the tower as a benchmark for sustainable branded living in the United Arab Emirates.
