7200 Collins is a 12-story luxury condominium under construction at 7200 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach's North Beach neighborhood, one block from the Atlantic and within the newly designated North Beach Town Center. Developed by New York-based Northlink Capital with Amicon as lead developer and construction manager, the building brings 222 fully furnished residences ranging from junior one-bedrooms to two-bedroom-plus-den layouts of roughly 375 to 1,186 square feet, priced from around $600,000. Designed by the late Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International — known for EPIC Residences and Brickell Flatiron — the tower features a graceful curved facade inspired by ocean waves that maximizes natural light and water and city views, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio and landscape by GSLA Studios. A key draw is its flexible ownership with no rental restrictions, allowing short-term and vacation rentals. Amenities span multiple levels, including two resort-style pools on the third and eighth floors, a private beach club, a fitness and wellness center, yoga and meditation terrace, indoor and outdoor lounges and game rooms, co-working spaces, a rooftop sundeck and outdoor cinema, and nine ground-floor retail spaces along Collins Avenue and 72nd Street. Northlink acquired the 0.57-acre site for $17.33 million in 2021; construction began in March 2026 with roughly 93 percent of homes pre-sold, and completion is targeted for 2027.
