Developed by a joint venture of 13th Floor Investments and Midtown Equities with Cipriani, and designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, the 19-story tower pairs 36 hotel keys with 23 private residences priced from roughly $25 million, plus a members-only Casa Cipriani club with restaurants, bars, a spa and beachfront amenities. Residences feature 10-foot ceilings, imported Italian cabinetry and Cipriani signature finishes. The 1.1-acre assemblage at 3611 and 3621 Collins Avenue replaces two shuttered hotels in the Collins Waterfront Historic District, making it the first Miami Beach project to rely on Florida's Resilient Safe Structures Act. The result is a resilient oceanfront address that brings Cipriani's Venetian hospitality to the Collins Avenue luxury condo corridor.
