About the project

Casa Cipriani Miami Beach marks the celebrated hospitality brand's first Florida location and its third globally after Milan and New York — a 17-story oceanfront development at 3611 Collins Avenue. The tower features 40 luxurious hotel suites, 23 private residences (entry-level pricing estimated at ~$25 million), and a members-only club designed for ultra-discerning clientele. Architect Brandon Haw delivers a contemporary interpretation of Miami Beach's iconic Art Deco style. Developed by 13th Floor Investments (Miami) and Midtown Equities (New York) in partnership with the Cipriani family, whose legacy traces back to Giuseppe Cipriani's 1931 founding of Venice's Harry's Bar. Sales were expected to commence in 2025, followed by groundbreaking.
