Behind the heritage envelope sit contemporary lateral apartments, the historic Grosvenor Gardens frontage reserved for the grandest homes while quieter residences face Eaton Lane. Residents share a below-ground wellness centre built around a sixteen-metre pool, spa, steam room, sauna, gym and treatment rooms, alongside a private screening room and a generous entrance lobby, with a run of boutique retail animating the ground floor. The entirely electric, fossil-fuel-free rebuild wraps the listed structure in internal insulation to meet future energy standards without disturbing the protected exterior.
