The Eatons is a super-prime residential building by Native Land on a half-acre block between Eaton Terrace, Ebury Street and South Eaton Place in Belgravia. It replaces the postwar Kilmuir House and 62 South Eaton Place, which are being demolished. Pilbrow & Partners designed the six-storey building to restore the historic street line and repair the urban block, in a pale brick and stone language drawn from the surrounding Georgian and Victorian terraces. Its 56 private residences and four affordable homes, many with private terraces, are arranged around landscaped communal gardens. March and White Design is curating the amenities: a concierge, 24-hour security, a spa and swimming pool, a gym, a residents' lounge and managed parking. The building is all-electric, using air source heat pumps and photovoltaics, and targets net-zero-carbon operation.
