Ace & Ivy is a wellness-focused luxury condominium in Houston's River Oaks, developed by Everlight Group and designed by Lake|Flato Architects, the firm behind Hotel Saint Augustine. Thirty-one residences each carry an in-unit sauna, steam shower and red-light therapy, with three penthouses adding a full wellness suite for contrast therapy and full-body treatment. The building anchors a wider mixed-use block that folds in a fifteen-court indoor pickleball club alongside restaurant and retail space.
