Ace & Ivy

Ace & Ivy is an eleven-story boutique condominium tower in Houston's River Oaks, conceived as a wellness-forward sanctuary by Texas architecture firm Lake Flato. With only 31 residences — including three penthouses — the building is purpose-built around health and longevity: every home is fitted with its own sauna, steam shower, and red-light therapy, while the penthouses add hot-and-cold contrast therapy and dedicated therapy beds. Shared amenities extend the theme with a hydrotherapy spa, meditation rooms, a fitness center and yoga studio, a pool deck, a residents' lounge, a catering kitchen, and a garden. The tower anchors a broader mixed-use development that pairs the homes with a large indoor pickleball club, restaurants, and retail, bringing a design-led, wellness-driven address to one of Houston's most prestigious neighborhoods.
