The Birdsall brings the Auberge Resorts Collection to Houston for the first time, anchoring The RO — a 17-acre walkable, mixed-use district from Transwestern Development Company between River Oaks and Greenway. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the project pairs a 105-room boutique hotel with 44 private residences and a private members' club, with hotel interiors by Roman and Williams and residential interiors by Houston's Dillon Kyle Architects. Conceived as a low-key luxury enclave rather than a high-rise statement, The Birdsall threads guest rooms, branded homes and amenities through a leafy, pedestrian-scaled village of restaurants, shops and a central lawn, delivering Auberge's intimate, place-driven hospitality in one of the city's most prestigious neighborhoods.
