The Birdsall, Auberge Resorts Collection is Houston's first Auberge-branded hotel and residential tower, a 34-story landmark rising within The RO, Transwestern Development Company's 17-acre mixed-use district at West Alabama Street and Buffalo Speedway between River Oaks and Memorial. The tower takes its name from Birdsall Briscoe, the architect behind many of River Oaks' earliest houses, and Kohn Pedersen Fox wraps it in a facade of reclaimed Cedar Bayou brick that echoes those original homes. It pairs a 105-key Auberge Resorts Collection hotel with 44 for-sale residences and a private members' club, with hotel interiors by Roman and Williams and residential interiors by Dillon Kyle Architects. Residents and guests share resort-caliber amenities, signature dining and wellness spaces, bringing Auberge's intimate, design-driven hospitality to one of Houston's most anticipated luxury addresses.
