The St. Regis Residences, Houston is a 38-story luxury condominium tower rising at the edge of Memorial Park near Houston's Uptown and River Oaks districts. Designed by Pickard Chilton with Kirksey as architect of record and interiors by ForrestPerkins, the glass tower holds roughly 90 expansive residences — including full-floor penthouses — ranging from about 2,000 to more than 5,000 square feet. Residents receive the St. Regis brand's signature butler service alongside a sweeping amenity program of lounges, a resort pool deck, a spa and fitness center, private dining, and curated park-and-skyline views. It is the first standalone, purely residential St. Regis development in Texas.
