The story so far

Kimpton Turks & Caicos is a planned 192-key luxury lifestyle resort at The Bight on Providenciales, steps from Grace Bay Beach, and one of three hotels marking IHG Hotels & Resorts' debut in the Turks and Caicos Islands alongside an InterContinental and a Hotel Indigo, a 2-story building targeting 2027.

The new-build resort is developed by the Slominski family's Molo Hotel Group and will be operated by sister company Lighthouse Hotel Management, with architecture and interiors by Glasgow studio ICA working with local firm Conservative Architecture and Miami landscape architects EDSA. Plans call for three outdoor pools, a spa and fitness center and a collection of restaurants and bars, bringing Kimpton's playful, design-led hospitality to one of the Caribbean's most celebrated beaches.
