Developed by Molo Hotel Group as part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' debut in Turks and Caicos, the beachfront property is designed by Glasgow-based Ica Studio with Turks & Caicos-based Conservative Architecture and landscape architect EDSA. Guests will find three outdoor pools, a full-service spa, a fitness center and seven food-and-beverage venues ranging from a beachfront restaurant to a rooftop bar, an ice-cream and coffee parlor and a lobby bar.
