Announced September 23, 2026, Corinthia Turks & Caicos pairs Corinthia Group (through its Corinthia Real Estate Ventures arm, C-REV) with Carolina Partners Ltd., the Cummings family company that has held the Grace Bay land for more than 25 years. Plans call for a 50-suite Corinthia hotel and fully serviced branded residences in beachfront villas, casitas and condominiums, with a spa and wellness centre, multiple pools, a beach club, signature restaurants, retail and padel courts. The design takes its cue from the calm, shallow waters of the Caicos Banks, with understated architecture, natural ventilation and indoor-outdoor living. Formal planning approval is in progress, with construction expected to begin in 2027.
