Baccarat Hotel and Residences Dubai is a crystalline two-tower ensemble on Burj Khalifa Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, developed by Shamal Holding with H&H Development and designed by Studio Libeskind, with interiors by 1508 London. Its sculpted silhouettes and angled glass facades are conceived to refract light like the French maison's namesake cut crystal. The first tower pairs the Baccarat Hotel with Le Rouge, 49 fully furnished branded residences ranging from two to four bedrooms up to five-bedroom duplex penthouses accented in signature Baccarat red. The second tower, Le Noir, rises 24 floors with 42 three- and four-bedroom residences, an infinity pool, private lounges and access to rare pieces from the Baccarat collection. Residents draw on hotel-serviced living, specialty restaurants, the Baccarat bar, a wellness spa, pools, fitness facilities and curated retail, all with panoramic views of Burj Khalifa. It marks Baccarat's hotel and branded-residence debut in the United Arab Emirates.
