Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai rises on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai, a joint undertaking between London-listed developer Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi Arabia's Dar Al Arkan, and The Trump Organization. The tower reaches roughly 350 meters, about 1,148 feet, across 80 floors, combining a Trump-branded hotel with branded residences and a private members' club. Its signature amenity is an outdoor swimming pool set near the crown, which the developer describes as the highest in Dubai, and the design places two signature penthouses at the summit with views across the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai and the Arabian Gulf. Enabling works were completed in 2026 and podium construction was awarded to Gulf Asia Contracting.
