Regent Residences Dubai, Sankari Place

Regent Residences Dubai, Sankari Place is the debut residential project of the Regent brand, developed by Sankari Properties on the Marasi Marina waterfront in Business Bay, directly on the Dubai Water Canal with the Downtown Dubai skyline as its backdrop. Foster + Partners conceived the scheme as two adjacent 180-metre towers whose massing is drawn from cascading water, with interlocking apartments and staggered terraces that step down the elevation so that each home reads as a distinct volume rather than a stacked slab. The programme is deliberately small for a tower of this height: 63 full-floor residences served by private lift lobbies, ranging from three- and four-bedroom homes to five-bedroom penthouses and a single ultra-penthouse, alongside a set of ten water villas set at the canal's edge with private pools and outdoor living terraces. Every residence carries its own temperature-controlled swimming pool. Shared amenities run to a spa, wine cellar, cigar lounge, gymnasium, padel tennis courts and private dining and conference facilities, with interiors by Portia Fox London and AtkinsRéalis serving as architectural consultant.
