Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is Binghatti's first master-planned community and the world's first Mercedes-Benz-branded city, a Dh30 billion district on more than 10 million square feet in Nad Al Sheba 1 beside the Meydan Racecourse, at the junction of Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, about eight minutes from Downtown Dubai. The plan holds 12 residential towers with nearly 9 million square feet of built area and about 13,386 homes: 6,321 studios, 4,963 one-bedrooms, 1,653 two-bedrooms, 431 three-bedrooms and 18 four- and five-bedroom residences. Each tower is named for a Mercedes-Benz concept car, among them Vision One-Eleven, Vision Mercedes Simplex, Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 and Vision AVTR, and the 11 secondary towers step down in height from the centerpiece, the 341-meter, 78-story Vision Iconic. Architecture is by Binghatti's in-house studio with Mercedes-Benz design input, and interiors carry the brand's black-and-silver palette in leather and wood. The Grand Promenade, a landscaped central park with water features, shaded groves, art pavilions and elevated walkways, anchors the amenity program of family and infinity pools, splash zones, gyms, sky jogging tracks, 12 specialized sports clubs (padel, squash, climbing, archery, Pilates, spin, golf simulators), a ballroom, event hall, screening lounge, e-sports lounge, concierge and integrated EV infrastructure. Binghatti is self-financing the project from equity and cash flow and delivering it in three phases. It is distinct from Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai, the Binghatti–Mercedes-Benz tower in Downtown Dubai launched in 2024.
