Vision Iconic is the tallest tower and centerpiece of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, Binghatti's 12-tower district in Nad Al Sheba beside the Meydan Racecourse. Rising about 341 meters over 78 floors on a roughly 239,844-square-foot plot, the tower is the peak of a skyline that steps down through the district's 11 other concept-car-named towers, with the stepped, curving lower volumes sweeping up into the main shaft in the Mercedes-Benz design language. It holds 1,426 residences from one to five bedrooms, including two- and three-bedroom Royal Suites, plus 27 retail units at the base, with views to the Burj Khalifa, Meydan Racecourse and Dubai Creek Harbour. The summit carries the Infinity Horizon Pool, the headline of more than 30 amenities that include private pool cabanas, a jacuzzi sun deck, a swim-up bar, thermal and wellness facilities, a mini golf area, a CrossFit zone, art installations and EV charging. Binghatti launched the tower at Coca-Cola Arena, where Karim Benzema signed for a residence.
