About the project

Dubai Urban Tech District is a net-zero-carbon innovation quarter rising on the Creekside of the Al Jaddaf neighborhood in Dubai, developed by sustainable-development firm URB. Spanning roughly 140,000 square metres of built-up area, it is positioned as the world's largest urban tech district, designed to offset the embodied carbon of both its construction and operation. The district bundles conference, training, research, incubation, and academic facilities intended to seat a green-tech workforce and generate about 4,000 jobs, centered on climate technology, clean-energy research, and low-carbon urban innovation.
