About the project

The Boca Raton City Hall redevelopment, marketed as One Boca, was a proposed public-private partnership between Miami-based Terra and Palm Beach-based Frisbie Group to remake the city's roughly 30-acre downtown government campus at 201 West Palmetto Park Road into a mixed-use district of housing, a hotel, offices, retail, a grocery store, structured parking, and public green space, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. Boca Raton voters rejected the referendum authorizing the ground lease and partnership in a landslide, halting the plan as proposed. City leaders have signaled that a revised redevelopment of the government campus could be pursued in the future.
